Today is Black Women’s Equal Pay Day……

How am I overcoming pay inequality? One of the ways is by keeping intact a squad of Black women who are uber-accomplished, 🎓🎓 walk in their personal power, 💥💥💥 and are open about discussing and sharing how we are making money moves. 💰💰💰💰

In your own life, you have to become comfortable with money conversations 💵 as a first step in asking for the level of 💵 compensation 💵 you deserve in the workplace. 🏢🏢🏢

This is not a day of celebration. It’s a day to bring awareness to the fact that we Black women are generally paid 63 cents compared to every $1 a white man earns. It’s unfair at it’s core.

Get with your group of power-girlfriends and strategize about how to correct this reality.
